Words cannot express how excited and humbled I was when it was announced that I had been awarded the #1 owner handler for 2018.  This award belongs to so many people who have guided and assisted me on my journey thus far.  It all started with professional handler Greg Strong.  I completed no less than 4 of his handling seminars and at the first one, I didn’t even own a dog.  I attended to see whether or not this was something I wanted to do. He taught me so much about; the sport, handling techniques, the mentality of dogs and above all how to ensure that both you and your dogs are having fun.  I was then fortunate enough to find Sharon LeRoux, who so generously gave me my start and my heart dog Malkia.  I will always be thankful to Sharon for entrusting me with such a special bitch.  Shortly afterwards, Denise Ivie Price and Mandy Foster blessed me with the opportunity to own Vesper.   My handling points for 2018 were earned showing the offspring of Malkia (Virgil and Charlize) and Vesper (Bond and Anya).  Thank you to Nancy Henry and Denise Ivie Price who allowed me to use their stud dogs, Maxx (CH Calluna’s Maxxwell D of Juba Lee SC THD CGCA) and Lenny (CH Rokishoals Lenny Man on the Side ROM), who sired these spectacular kids!  Thank you to all the judges who have recognized our dogs.   A shout out to:  my gorgeous co-own families who raise and love these dogs and allow me to share them, my mentors who are always there to answer my questions and to Kathy Pellerino, my assistant who travels with me and keeps me organized.  Thanks also to everyone ringside, who cheer us on and offer me advice and guidance on how I can do better.  Last but not least, cheers to my husband who has always believed in me.  This is such a great honor.

MillaBella is proud to announce our newest Champion, TILLY, CH MillaBella Covered in Gold of Rokishoals BN RN RATI SWN SIA SCA CGC. 

Tilly joined me in the show ring in January 2019 and in just 4 weeks, finished her Championship with 4 majors, and 2 singles.  Tilly loved being in residence here at MillaBella.  My gang adored her lively personality and endless energy.  What a pleasure it was to have her here.  I could not be prouder of Tilly!  Always owner handled.

Special thanks to our co-own family, Boo Donoho and Adam Guttman, for raising this spectacular girl and for all their support.  Thank you to Boo for having her ring trained and ready for me to run with.

This wonderful girl is out of our Vesper x Lenny breeding (CH Rokishoals Shaken, Not Stirred at MillaBella x CH Rokishoals Lenny Man on the Side ROM).  Thank you Denise Ivie Price and Sharon Leroux for all your support, advice and guidance.
